Parish council raise no objection to holiday home, but condition should be imposed
Parish councillors have raised no objections to changing a barn at Middle Farm, Long Bredy into a one-bed holiday home.
But Long Bredy & Kingston Russell Parish Council is asking Dorset Council to impose a condition that there should be no future sale of the converted property separately from the main house, if it approves the application.
The proposal is for a site from Corner Cottages to the junction south of Middle Farm.
