Christmas is fast approaching, and Santa is coming to town.
Father Christmas, along with his little helpers from the Rotary Club of Brit Valley, will be coming the towns surrounding Bridport throughout the month of December.
He will also appear in Bridport itself on Saturday mornings during December.
A spokesperson said: "His sledge will be starting at about 5.30p.m. so make sure that your youngsters will be around to cheer him on his way.
"Look for Santa’s helpers wearing hi-vis jackets with the rotary Logo!
"The Rotary Club of Brit Valley would like to take this opportunity to thank Stag’s Estate Agents (01308 428000) for their generous sponsorship of the float.
"In addition we should like to thank Burton Bradstock Cars for the loan of their four-wheel drive truck used to pull Santa's sleigh."
Father Christmas will appear at the following times and places:

Thursday, December 5 – Court Orchard
Monday, December 9 – Beaminster
Tuesday, December 10 – Beaminster
Thursday, December 12 – Cherry Orchard/West Mead
Monday, December 16 – West Bay
Tuesday, December 17 – Burton Bradstock
Wednesday, December 18 – St. Katherines
Thursday, December 19 – Skilling
