Police are continuing to investigate the ram raid of a shop on Portland.

On the night of November 6, a group of thieves rammed a stolen Land Rover into the Co-op store in Fortuneswell.

Two men forced entry to the store and a quantity of money was stolen from a cash machine. The perpetrators left the scene in a blue Audi S3 Quattro, leaving the Land Rover at the store.

The Land Rover had previously been reported as stolen from the Bridport area.

A police spokesman has confirmed that investigations are still underway and no arrests have been made at present.
