Police are appealing for information about these crimes
Power tools have been stolen from farms in rural Dorset.
Police were called to an isolated farm near Evershot on Wednesday morning to a report of theft. A man was seen walking around the buildings and getting into a white van with a strimmer and hedge trimmer.
Officers received another report later that day of someone stealing power tools from a temporary building at a farm further north at Melbury Bubb.
Police say it is possible the crimes are linked, and urge anyone who notices any suspicious behaviour to report it straight away.
