Fined £307 and to pay costs of £2,152. Also admitted at Burton Bradstock Cars 2 x offences of making a false instrument, namely made an entry in a register which he knew to be false, namely an entry in the MOT computerised system, with the intention that he or another should use the same to induce officers of the Driver & Vehicle Standards Agency to accept it as genuine and by reason of so accepting it to do or not to do some act to his own or another person's prejudice. Community order with rehabilitation activity requirement.

DEREK JOHN DALLEY, also known as DEREK SEARLE DALLEY, aged 58, of Kingston Russell. Application to reopen a case following conviction for an offence of fail to give information relating to the identification of the driver / rider of a vehicle when required. Case reopened. The legal limit is 35 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Fined £232 and to pay costs of £85. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 2 months.

EMMA DITE, aged 39, of St Martinsfield, Martinstown. Appears before the court in order to make a statutory declaration following conviction by a single magistrate for offences of exceeding a 50 mph speed limit and failing to give information relating to the identification of the driver/rider of a vehicle when required. Admitted driving a vehicle on the M4 eastbound at Port Talbot at a speed exceeding 50mph. Fined £80 and to pay costs of £85. Driving record endorsed with 5 penalty points.
