TECHNICAL difficulties are affecting traffic lights across Dorset - causing long delays.
A spokesman for Dorset Council, the organisation responsible for the lights, said: "We are working on some technical problems with our traffic lights across the county.
"They are all working, but may be phasing differently. We are trying to resolve this IT issue as soon as possible.
