Dorset looks like it will see the brunt of Storm Lorenzo.
Earlier this week, The Met Office warned South West England and Wales to be prepared, as the former hurricane came rolling in.
It was expected to bring heavy rain and gale force winds of up to 60mph to the Dorset coast.
Residents were even told to prepare for transport disruption and power cuts.
However, Weymouth and Portland appear to have seen the brunt of the storm.
Although there was some heavy rainfall last night, today looks to be a different picture.
Winds will start to drop throughout the day.
According to forecasters, winds speeds will fall to around 12mph by the end of the day.
Meanwhile, a couple of showers are predicted, one at midday and another this afternoon, between 4pm and 5pm.
There are currently no weather warnings in place today or over the weekend.
And temperatures will remain at around 16 degrees Celsius.
