DORSET schools could be in with a chance to win a visit from BBC Children in Need’s Schools Ambassador – the Body Coach Joe Wicks.
All schools need to do is get together and start fundraising for the annual appeal.
Last year, schools in the county raised more than £11,000.
This year, fitness coach Joe is challenging pupils and teachers to get together and raise even more to help change the lives of disadvantaged children and young people across the UK.
Schools can sign up for a free supporter kit, which is full of fun-filled fundraising ideas, inspiration, tools, tips and resources. This could be a healthy bake sale, fancy dress fun run or even a sponsored football match.
Schools that sign up by tomorrow will be in with a chance of receiving a special visit from Joe Wicks himself, as part of his Schools Tour in which he will run a mini workout session.
Joe, said: "I am incredibly proud to be BBC Children in Need’s first ever School’s Ambassador, it really is an honour. As a Dad, I am passionate about children’s health, wellbeing and happiness and hope that by inspiring children to get together, and get active, we can make a real and lasting impact."
