The first Charmouth Folk Festival will be taking place this weekend, with a whole host of acts, events and activities.

Venues around the village, including St Andrew's Community Hall, the village hall, the two pubs, holiday parks and primary school will host a wealth of folk performers from Friday to Sunday.

You can expect to hear from the likes of Richard Digance, Green Diesel, FolkLaw, Kelly Oliver, Keith Christmas, Broomdasher, Nick Dow, John Mosedale, Grant Baynham, The Spa Strummers, Gary and Vera Aspey and John Watterson.

There will also be workshops for folk music and dance and big breakfast events on both the Saturday and Sunday.
