The legal limit is 35 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Fined £140 and to pay costs of £85. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 36 months. Also admitted using a vehicle on a road without third party insurance. Fined £100. Also admitted driving a vehicle on a road otherwise than in accordance with a licence. No separate penalty.

JOSHUA AARON PROCTOR, also known as JOSHUA MEARS, aged 21, of no fixed abode. Admitted at Crossways without lawful excuse damaged the windscreen of a vehicle to an unknown value. Restraining order made. Fined £80, to pay compensation of £70 and to pay costs of £85.

HUGH DAVID SWITHIN PAYNTER, aged 57, of Middle Green, Beaminster. Admitted driving a vehicle on a road after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath was 95 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Fined £323 and to pay costs of £85. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 24 months.

MARIA CATHERINE BEACH, aged 35, of Hemp Way, Bridport. Admitted at Lyme Regis without lawful excuse, damaging a camera to the value of £54.91 belonging to Dorset County Council. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. To pay compensation amounts of £50 and £54.91.

STEPHEN DOLBEAR, aged 29, of North Allington, Bridport. Admitted failing without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order. Order varied with new and varied requirements: rehabilitation activity requirement. To pay costs of £60.
