WEYMOUTH have signed defender Shaun Hobson on a long-term loan from AFC Bournemouth.
The 21-year-old has previously faced the Terras before, in a 6-0 pre-season friendly win for the AFC Bournemouth under-23s at the Bob Lucas Stadium.
Hobson began his career at Burnley, but joined the Cherries in the summer of 2016 after impressing on trial.
Hobson has previously spent time on loan at Weymouth's Vanarama National League South rivals Eastbourne Borough and enjoyed a spell earlier this year with Eastleigh.
