Admitted driving a vehicle on a road after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath was 61 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Fined £420 and to pay costs of £85. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 17 months.

JAMIE COULSON, also known as JAMES MULGREW, aged 41, of Anning Road, Lyme Regis. Admitted being a person in charge of a vehicle and caused the vehicle to remain a rest on a road, namely an unnamed road between Wootton Fitzpaine and Whitchurch, in such a position as to involve a danger of injury to other persons using the road. No separate penalty. To pay costs of £40. Driving record endorsed with 3 penalty points. Also admitted using on a road a vehicle when the front offside wheel was fitted with a pneumatic tyre which had the ply or cord exposed. Fined £80. Also admitted using on a road a small passenger vehicle constructed or adapted to carry no more than eight seated passengers in addition to the driver, when the grooves of the tread pattern of a tyre fitted to the rear offside wheel of the vehicle were not of a depth of at least 1.6mm throughout a continuous band comprising the central three-quarters of the breadth of tread and round the entire outer circumference of the tyre. Fined £80.
