Police searching for a woman following an assault in a Dorchester supermarket have confirmed a woman has come forward.
At approximately 3.30pm on Wednesday, August 14 a woman was shopping in Marks & Spencer on South Street when an altercation occurred involving another woman.
The victim asked the woman to move so that she could get her pushchair through and was then pushed causing her to fall backwards. She sustained an injury to her shoulder but did not require hospital treatment.
Dorchester Police made a public appeal to try and find a woman they were interested in speaking to and have confirmed a woman has now come forward and is assisting officers with their investigation.
