The Prince of Wales School in Dorchester said farewell to one of it’s longest serving Teaching Assistants with a very special assembly.
Julie Webb has been a Senior Teaching Assistant at at the school for more than twenty years.
She was surprised in her final assembly with a special montage of photos from her time at the school.
The assembly included a special speech from the school's former headteacher Peter Farrington, who reflected fondly on the contribution Julie had made over a significant number of years.
Messages of thanks were shared through a unique tribute video and headteacher Gary Spracklen said: "You have been an incredible colleague to work with. You put the children at the heart of everything that you do.
"You’ve supported so many children, parents and colleagues over the years. We’re going to miss you so much."
