The crash involved five vehicles and an oil spillage
The A35 was closed yesterday following a crash involving five vehicles.
The road was temporarily closed both ways from B3150 Stinsford Hill to A354 Weymouth Road.
Dorset Police was called to reports of a crash at 5.28pm.
A spokesman for Dorset Police said: "Dorset Police received a report of a road traffic collision involving five vehicles on the A35 in Dorchester between the football stadium and the Stinsford roundabout.
"There were some minor injuries. Road closures were put in place to enable the safe removal of damaged vehicles and the clearance of the road. The road was fully reopened at 7.27pm."
