Police are asking parents to be vigilant after two west Dorset churches were vandalised.
Bridport Police have called on parents to report anti-social and criminal activity of children after the incident earlier this month.
On the weekend of June 8 and 9, a lot of mess had been made at the church in Symondsbury. Toys for young children and microphones and been thrown around the church.
A similar thing happened again on the weekend of June 15, where hymn books and Bibles had been thrown on the floor and candles broken as well. Someone even urinated in the church at Shipton Gorge.
A police spokesperson said: "I would like to ask people to be aware, keep an eye out for and report any activity like this, especially parents.
"You may be a parent of a child that has seen, or is aware of other children involved in something like this."
