A man has appeared in court in connection with a fatal crash.
A collision, involving a black Honda motorcycle and a silver Honda CR-V, took place at Dragons Hill in Lyme Regis on Saturday, June 2, 2018, near to the entrance to the Timber Vale Caravan Park.
Dorset Police received a report shortly before 10.20am.
Officers attended, along with the ambulance service.
Sadly, the motorcyclist, a 44-year-old man from Exeter, was pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver of the car was uninjured.
A 65-year-old man from Weymouth appeared at Weymouth Magistrates’ Court on Monday (April 15) for an offence of causing death by careless driving.
He is next due to appear at Bournemouth Crown Court on Thursday, June 6.
