West Dorset is being battered by strong winds today - and people are being warned to take care if they're out and about.

The Met Office has issued a yellow 'be aware' warning for wind covering the entire county - this alert lasted until 11am today.

Forecasters said there was likely to be delays for motorists on the roads and bus and train services could also be affected.

Coastal routes and communities could be affected by spray and large waves.
