Residents are warned to expect travel disruption tomorrow as Dorset is set to be hit by strong winds.

The Met Office has issued a yellow 'be aware' warning for wind covering the entire county between 1am and 11am on Sunday morning (10).

Forecasters say there are likely to be delays for motorists on the roads and bus and train services could also be affected. Coastal routes and communities could be affected by spray and large waves.

A further weather warning for wind covering Dorset has been issued for Wednesday (13) between 12.15am and 3pm.

Strong northwesterly winds are expected during the day with possible transport disruption.
