Also admitted using on a road a vehicle to which section 47 of the Road Traffic Act 1988 applied and as respects which no test certificate had been issued within the appropriate period. No separate penalty. Also admitted driving a vehicle on a road while disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence. Fined £400. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 6 months.

GAVIN JOHN MASKELL-SMITH, aged 25, of Copyhold Lane, Winterbourne Abbas. Admitted driving a vehicle when the proportion of a controlled drug, namely Delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol, in blood namely greater than 2.5 microgrammes per litre, exceeded the specified limit. Fined £120 and to pay costs of £85. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 12 months. Also admitted possessing a quantity of cannabis, a Class B drug, and admitted driving a vehicle on a road whilst unfit to drive through drugs. No separate penalty for each. Drugs to be forfeited and destroyed.
