Flood warnings have been issued for West Bay and Lyme Regis harbours.

At West Bay, the warning will come into force at 6.45am tomorrow (Friday) and will remain in place until 10.45am. 

Peak water level is forecast to be at 8.45am and flooding to properties at West Beach and around the harbour is likely.

Conditions may apply two to four hours either side of the high tide and large waves and spray are likely - so you are urged to take care near coastal paths. 

Localised standing water is expected on roads between Parkdean campsite and West Bay Road.

The forecast wind strength is Force 7.

At Lyme Regis, high tide is forecast for 8.45am and again, the flood warning will apply for two hours following. 

Flooding may already be affecting properties, low lying areas and roads. The forecast wind strength is Force 7.
