BRADPOLE Civil Parish Council is looking for new councillors to join and become involved in the community.
Anyone living in the parish who could commit a couple of hours each week and a meeting on the first Thursday of every month for around two to three hours, is encouraged to get in touch with the council.
Bradpole Civil Parish Council consists of 10 councillors and is divided into two wards – Bradpole with nine seats and Claremont with one.
Councillor roles vary but they act as a channel of communication between residents and the council and deal with any enquiries constituents may have.
To find out more, visit the parish surgery at Bradpole Village Hall between 10am and 12noon today (3/1) or talk to the council chairman before their meeting this evening at 7pm at the village hall.
Alternatively, email the Bradpole parish clerk on bradpole@dorset-aptc.gov.uk or visit www.bradpole.org.uk
