A neighbourhood plan for Holwell has taken a step forward – and will go out for a public vote in the new year.
Minor amendments were agreed to the plan, which has been prepared by the community, at yesterday’s West Dorset strategy committee.
If finally agreed by the community in a referendum, and then endorsed by the district council within eight weeks of the vote, it will shape planning policy in the area for the future. The cost of the referendum has been put at around £2,000.
