A FORMER police officer and Lyme Regis resident has fulfilled his dream of writing a book.
Simon Herfet joined Dorset Police in 1978 before becoming the community officer in Lyme Regis during the 90s and ending his police career in 2008 in Bridport.
Simon has a deep interest in matters concerning spirituality and after 30 years of his own spiritual practice, including meditation and self-healing work, he felt it was time to write a book – something he has wanted to do for a long time.
His first book, ‘Awakening to Love’, took him two years to write and is now available and published by Balboa Press.
The book is written as a series of questions with channelled answers about the spiritual aspect to consciousness, universal love and awareness, and the current global shift towards the greater awareness in humanity.
