Churchill Retirement Living is bringing different generations together this Christmas with a special carol event at its Bridport retirement home.

Churchill Retirement Living is inviting the people of Bridport to join local school children and the residents at its Alfred Lodge development on Rax Lane for a festive carol concert.

Pupils from Bridport Primary School will perform at the retirement home on Tuesday, December 18 at 10.30am.

Caroline Haswell, regional marketing manager at Churchill Retirement Living, said: “It will be wonderful to see the generations come together to celebrate Christmas at Alfred Lodge.

“We know Christmas can be a lonely time of year for some people, but there will be a warm welcome from our owners, who enjoy living in a sociable community where fun occasions like this can be celebrated with like-minded neighbours all year round.

“Everyone is welcome to come along and enjoy some festive cheer, mince pies and sherry whilst listening to the pupils from Bridport Primary School.

“There will be plenty of opportunities to join in with the carols too.”
