THOMAS JAMES JEFFERY, aged 32, of Cambridge Road, Dorchester. Found guilty of having with him, without good reason or lawful authority, in a public place, namely Hardwick Street, Weymouth, an article which had a blade or was sharply pointed, namely a hunting style knife in a brown leather sheath. Committed to prison for 6 months. Knife to be forfeited and destroyed.
NICOLE ANN KEAN, aged 42, of Paceycombe Way, Poundbury, Dorchester. Admitted at Dorchester stealing perfume, to the value of £55, belonging to Goulds Department Store. Discharged conditionally for 18 months. To pay costs of £40.
