PETER JOHN LAWRENCE, aged 60, of Butt Farm Close, Winterbourne Abbas. Admitted at Charminster shouting loudly at a neighbour in their garden and banging on the windows to their property which he was prohibited from doing by a restraining order. Fined £120 and to pay compensation of £50. Admitted committing a further offence whilst subject to a conditional discharge order. No action taken on breach. Application to vary a restraining order made, granted.
MATTHEW BATTRICK, aged 31, of Doctor Roberts Close, Bridport. Admitted being concerned in the supply of a quantity of cannabis, a Class B drug, to persons unknown. Committed to prison for 4 months suspended for 12 months. To pay costs of £85. Drugs and paraphernalia to be forfeited and destroyed.
