While cycling along Sea Road North’s new cycle track on Tuesday morning I was almost run over by a vehicle which had entered the cycle track from the old launderette business park.
The driver had only looked right while still driving while I was approaching
Bridport direction and there was nothing I could do but stop in front of his bonnet with just inches to spare.
Only then he suddenly realised I was there.
I am aware that vans and cars may pull out, but others, especially children who could be cycling faster, may not?
