Admitted driving a vehicle on a road when the proportion of a controlled drug, namely Delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol, in blood, namely 3.2 micrograms per litre of blood, exceeded the specified limit. Fined £120. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 12 months.

LYNNA KAYE GREEN, aged 35, of Dagmar Road, Dorchester. Admitted at Cheap Street, Sherborne, stealing food and alcohol, to the value of £158.96, belonging to Waitrose. Fined £80. Admitted committing a further offence whilst subject to a conditional discharge order. No action taken on the breach.

LUC WARNER-LEE, aged 37, of Garland Crescent, Dorchester. Admitted committing fraud in that he dishonestly made a false representation, namely fraudulently applying for payday loans in the name of his wife because he knew if he applied in his name; the application would be refused, intending to make a financial gain, namely for himself. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. To pay compensation of £3,000.
