*WITH original arrangements and self-penned songs, the Cajun Roosters Trio take the music of the Louisiana swamplands into fresh territories, creating a sound that’s uniquely their own.

*A SPECIAL theatre production sees a cast of three bring to life three classic episodes from much loved radio series The Navy Lark, which ran for 1959 - 1977 and originally featured Leslie Phillips, Ronnie Barker, and Jon Pertwee. This homage to the original stars James Hurn, known for his portrayal of iconic characters - Tony Hancock, Sid James, and Kenneth Williams - from his hit one-man show Hancock and Co. The trio is also made up of Richard Usher and Mark Earby, best known for The Goon Show Tour and The Lost Hancock’s Vacant Lot. The Navy Lark is presented in the style of a radio performance, in front of a live audience. It aims to bring to life the classic days of radio comedy with a night full of nostalgic belly laughs. *THE Russian State Ballet of Siberia presents Sleeping Beauty at Bournemouth Pavilion tonight and Swan Lake at the same theatre tomorrow afternoon and evening. *SEE darkly comic theatre in Halstock Village Hall tomorrow (14) night from 7.30pm. Twisted Tales 2 from Cornish company ‘Owdyado Theatre is the sequel to their hit show of the same name which toured Dorset to great acclaim in 2018. *A POPULAR afternoon concert returns to Dorchester on Saturday, March 14 at 4pm.

The sold out Concert for Youth features Martin Clunes and will be held at St Mary's Church, Dorchester, by the Dorset Chamber Orchestra and last for approximately an hour. Martin will narrate Zoo Tales by Liz Sharma.

*BARN dances are being held tomorrow evening, Saturday, March 14, in Cerne Abbas Village Hall and Milborne St Andrew Village Hall.

Tatterdemalion will perform at Cerne Abbas Village Hall from 6.30pm. The ticket price includes a pasty. Tickets cost £10 for adults, £2.50 for children or £22 for a family. Call 0793 2026560 for more information.
