THE theatre company behind an upcoming production of Oliver! at Weymouth Pavilion is on the hunt for boys to join Fagin's gang.
Wessex Musical Theatre is looking for individuals aged between seven and 13 who are 1m 55cm or less in height. The Artful Dodger can be aged up to 14 years.
A dance and acting workshop for all youngsters interested in taking part will run from 7pm to 8.30pm on Thursday, February 13, and auditions will take place on Saturday, February 15.
The company is also looking to cast Bullseye, Bill Syke's famous dog. Canine auditions will run at a later date.
The production of Oliver! will take place between Wednesday, May 27 and Saturday, May 30. All performances will be at 7.30pm with an extra Saturday matinee at 2.30pm.
The fee to take part in the production will be £25 per child.
