SHORT plays written and directed by members of a Portland theatre group will be performed.
Fifteen minute plays Fifteen Minute Warning can be seen at the Royal Manor Theatre in Fortuneswell, Portland, between Wednesday, September 11 and Saturday, September 14.
These six plays have been written and directed and will be performed by the Royal Manor Theatre company members. The performances are for mature audiences only.
One of the plays features Phillip and Carol stuck in traffic, on their way to the mother-in law's, unaware that anything else is happening. How will the knowledge of impending doom affect their relationship?
Another play Dummies questions an existential crisis while home revelations is about an embittered school teacher who goes to his mother for the "very end" rather than his children and estranged wife.
In Inventory Gerald and Dorothy live in suburban bliss, or perhaps Dorothy does, until she hears on the interweb that the world is going to end soon. Gerald, however, only has time to write an inventory of his tool shed.
Tickets for the Fifteen Minute Warning plays can be booked from the website www.ticketsource.co.uk/royalmanortheatre or by calling the box office on 03336 663366.
