HEAR four performers on one stage playing acoustic music from the genres of folk, country, blues, and jazz at Portesham Village Hall on Saturday, May 11.

Robbie McIntosh is known as ‘the guitarist’s guitarist’ and has legendary status among his fellow musicians. His career to date has included spells as guitarist for Sir Paul McCartney, Sir Tom Jones, John Mayer, and Norah Jones, and in his own band he showcases an amazing songwriting talent.

Ken Watkins is a lovely singer who performs songs with sensitivity, passion and warmth. His off-beat humour and ability to connect with an audience are well-known in the area.

Simon Swarbrick is an extraordinary fiddle player and multi-instrumentalist as well as a composer and producer. He has just returned from performing in the 2019 Feast of Fiddles tour.

Lucy Watkins has sung on albums by Show of Hands and Robbie McIntosh. Her atmospheric renditions of jazz and folk songs, with accomplished ukelele playing never fail to captivate an audience.
