*ANOTHER big weekend at Weymouth Pavilion begins with Girl Power - The Spice Girls Experience tonight from 7.30pm.

Girl Power - The Spice Girls Experience continues the legacy of British pop sensations, the Spice Girls. Featuring favourites such as Wannabe, Spice Up Your Life, 2 Become 1, Viva Forever and many, many more, head along and Spice Up Your Life.

*A SPECIAL event at the Marine Theatre in Lyme Regis tonight (26) will see the reading of wartime letters between Oscar-nominated actress Celia Johnson (Brief Encounter) and her husband Peter Fleming.

Posting Letters to the Moon features the letters read by the couple's daughter Lucy Fleming with Simon Williams, both actors in the Archers. Contact the box office for tickets.

*CIDER lovers may wish to visit Melplash Cider Festival at Melplash Village Hall tomorrow (27) from 6pm to 10.30pm.

The festival, formerly the Powerstock Cider Festival, will feature popular band The Skimmity Hitchers.

Tickets cost £6 each and are available from The Woodsman in Bridport, The Corner Garage in Melplash and Bridport Tourist Information Centre.

Come along and enjoy cider from more than 20 producers, local food concessions, and live music from Scrumpy and Western legends.

*A THREE hour 60s spectacular of music can be enjoyed at Weymouth Pavilion tomorrow (27) from 7.30pm.

Featuring Mike Pender, original member of The Searchers, The Sensational 60s Experience enables you to step back to a time when pop music was at its best.

Also appearing will be Chris Farlowe, Herman’s Hermits, The Swinging Blue Jeans, New Amen Corner and The Fourmost.

*JOIN in with the Great Dorset Beach Clean tomorrow and Sunday and help spruce up our spectacular coastline.

*THE Tank Museum's popular Tiger Day returns on Saturday.
