WEYMOUTH'S Quangle Wangle Choir is joining forces with a French choir to give a concert in Stratton this weekend.

Some 38 members of Trini-choeur, a choir from Trinite sur Mer in Britanny, France, will perform with members of Quangle Wangle at Stratton Village Hall on Saturday, March 16 from 4pm.

The concert will feature a wide-ranging repertoire with songs from ABBA to gospel blues and even a South African wedding song!

Trini-choeur will perform songs in French and Breton.

The concert starts at 4pm and tickets are £7 on the door or £6 if bought before the day from choir members or online through the Quangle Wangle website. There is no charge for accompanied children.
