A BAND famous for recording the theme music to The Sopranos will perform in Lyme Regis.
Alabama3 will bring their blend of country, blues, and acid house to the Marine Theatre on Saturday, April 27 at 8pm.
This will be a special acoustic concert on tour for just a handful of dates.
In homage to the classic delta blues slide players like Mississippi Fred McDowell, Howling Wolf, John Lee Hooker and their own Rockfree Base, the band presents its own unplugged versions of the music that has inspired them in their career, alongside special new arrangements of their own material.
Complete with Larry Love’s gravelly vocals, Nick Reynolds’ harmonica, they provide a raucous show.
Fresh from their full band recording of the new album Blues, fans have enjoyed acoustic arrangements of the latest recordings along with their back catalogue of hits this year.
