A BRIGHT young classical star who performed at Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's wedding can be seen in Dorchester later this year.

Sheku Kanneh-Mason, who performed at the wedding of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex at Windsor Castle last May, will be on stage at Dorchester's Corn Exchange with his sister Isata for a programme of pieces for cello and piano.

They will play on Sunday, November 17 at 7pm.

Isata was the first of the exceptionally talented Kanneh-Mason family to reach the finals of the BBC Young Musician competition in 2014, paving the way for Sheku to eventually win in 2016. Both musicians are already in great demand from major orchestras and concert halls worldwide.

Sheku became a household name worldwide in May 2018 after performing at the Wedding of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex at Windsor Castle. His performance was greeted with universal excitement after being watched by nearly two billion people globally.
