CIRCUS of Horrors has devised a new show promising to bring shock and horror to Weymouth.

Voodoo, an alternative kind of circus, will be at Weymouth Pavilion on Monday January 15.

Awoken by a Ouija board the curse of the Voodoo is causing devastation.

The spectacular features an amazing amalgamation of bizarre and fantastic circus acts acts all woven into a sensational shock and horror story and the darkest of magic – taking the show to a whole new level.

Voodoo is powered along by a devil-driven soundscape and performed with a forked tongue firmly in each cheek.

The Circus of Horrors is part way through its UK tour, taking in around 100 theatres.

The show will see Dorset's Doug Child return to his home county, starring as Belzebum - Lord of the underworld. Doug, 40, who hails from Bournemouth, first joined the show in 2013 as a hunchback creature before becoming Camp Dracula.

Last year was hugely successful for the show, performing in more theatres than virtually any other show, featured in huge music festivals around the world and once again becoming front page news.

The brand new show, Voodoo includes an amazing amalgamation of bizarre, brave and beautiful acts, a rock n roll sound scape of mainly original songs and performed with a forked tongue firmly in each cheek.

This year sees the Circus of Horrors celebrating 250 years since its birth in London. The brain child of Sergeant Major Philip Astley, the father of modern circus, Astley's vision and invention went on to become a major art form throughout the world ever since.
