Branscombe lies between the coastal towns of Beer and Sidmouth which provide for most day-to-day needs, including a Waitrose supermarket, cinema, and theatre at Sidmouth. The houses are in the centre of the picturesque village of Branscombe which has, in addition to the delightful beach, a village school, post office/shop and two popular public houses, The Fountain Inn and nearby Masons Arms.


The market town of Honiton lies inland and has a mainline rail link to London Waterloo, and the highly regarded Colyton Grammar School is within about 5 miles. From Sidmouth, take the A3052 east towards Lyme Regis. Take the second signed turning off the A3052 to Branscombe, after about mile turn down right sign posted to Branscombe. The cottage is located in the centre of Branscombe, with The Masons Arms on the left, turn right after a short distance, and No 1 Waveney is in the corner of this open area on the right.


The property is available to rent for a period of six months plus on renewable Assured Shorthold Tenancy, unfurnished and is available in Early July. RENT £600 per calendar month exclusive of all charges. Where the agreed let permits pets the rent will be £630.00 per calendar month. DEPOSIT £692 returnable at the end of tenancy subject to any deductions.
