Proceed across Ferry Bridge and along the causeway to Portland. Continue on this road at the first two roundabouts (follow A354 through traffic) and bear left at the fork in the road to stay on the A354. Follow this road uphill and just before the Royal Manor Theatre turn right into Coastguard Road. Take the first available right into Albert Terrace and the property can be found on the right in the middle of the terrace.

Due to availability of parking in Albert Terrace, viewers are advised to park very close by in Queens Road or on the main road through Fortuneswell, from which the property is just a short walk.
