Temporary Closure of A352 Duck Street to Up Cerne Road
DORSET COUNCIL has made an Order under Section 14 [1] of the Road Traffic Regulations Act 1984, as amended. All vehicles will be prohibited from proceeding along A352 DuckStreet to Up Cerne Road from A352 Duck Street to Up Cerne Road Minterne Parva, to Sandy Lane, a distance of approximately 1585metres. The Order is needed in order to comply with Health and Safety Regulations, which require the provision of safe working areas and to minimise the likelihood of danger to Highway Users. It will come into operation on 1 April 2019 between 0900 and 1600 and will remain in force for 18 months, however it is anticipated that the works will be completed by 12 April 2019. The road will be open outside of these times, and also over the weekend. Please note that the dates are a window of opportunity, and the road may not be closed for the whole duration stated above. The closure is also
weather dependant.
This Order will enable Dorset Council to carry out resurfacing works.
A locally signed diversion route will be put in place to enable traffic to travel around the closed sections.

Temporary Closure of Rectory Road, Piddlehinton
DORSET COUNCIL has made an Order under Section 14 [1] of the Road Traffic Regulations Act 1984, as amended. All vehicles will be prohibited from proceeding along Rectory Road, Piddlehinton from its junction with the B3143, a distance of approximately 100 metres metres. The Order is needed in order to comply with Health and Safety Regulations, which require the provision of safe working areas and to minimisethe likelihood of dangerto Highway Users. It will come into operation on 8 April 2019 between 0900 and 1600 and will remain in force for 18 months, however it is anticipated that the works will be completed by 15 April 2019. The road will be open outside of these times, and also over the weekend. Please note that the dates are a window of opportunity, and the road may not be closed for the whole duration stated above. The closure is also weather dependant. This Order will enable Dorset Council to carry out resurfacing works.

Temporary Closure of Lubbeke Way, Dorchester
DORSET COUNCIL has made an Order under Section 14 [1] of the Road Traffic Regulations Act 1984, as amended. All vehicles will be prohibited from proceeding along Lubbeke Way, Dorchester from its junction with Kings Road, a distance of approximately 245 metres.
The Order is needed in order to comply with Health and Safety Regulations, which require the provision of safe working areasand to minimisethe likelihood of dangerto Highway Users. It will come into operation on 9 April 2019 between 0900 and 1600 and will remain
in force for 18 months, however it is anticipated that the works will be completed by 17 April 2019. The road will be open outside of these times, and also over the weekend. Please note that the dates are a window of opportunity, and the road may not be closed for the whole duration stated above. The closure is also weather dependant. This Order will enable Dorset Council to carry out resurfacing works.

The County of Dorset (Prohibition and Restriction of Waiting) (Lubbecke, Way & Stinsford View Dorchester) Experimental Order 2019
Notice is hereby given that Dorset Council in exercise of its powers under Sections 1, 2,3,9,10 and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 ("the Act") and all other enabling powers, after consultation with the Chief Officer of the Police in accordance with Part III of Schedule 9 to the Act hereby makes the above Experimental Traffic Order ("the Order").
The Order will come into operation on 16 April 2019 and will impose prohibition and restrictions of waiting onthose parts of roads detailed below and illustrated on the plan accompanying this notice. The effect ofthe Order will beto:
? introduce new lengths of 'No Waiting at anytime' and 'No Waiting between the hours of 8am to 6pm' along
Lubbecke Way and Stinsford View, Dorchester. The reasons for proceeding by way of experimental order is to assess the effects ofthe changes before Dorset Council consider whether the provisions ofthe experimental Traffic Order shall continue in force indefinitely. The Order can continue in force for a maximum of 18 months. Within a period of 6 months from the coming into operation ofthe Order, or within 6 months of any subsequent variation or modification to the Order coming into force, whichever may be the later, any person may object to the making of a permanent order. Any such objection must be in writing, stating the grounds on which it is made and be addressed to Regulation Team, (2066/1/197), Dorset Highways, Dorset Council, County Hall, Colliton Park, Dorchester, Dorset, DT1 1XJ or sent by email to Regulation-TRO@dorsetcc.gov.uk.
A copy ofthe Order together with a plan showing the lengths of roads affected and a statement of reasons for making the Order may be inspected from Monday to Friday during normal office hours at:- Main Reception, Dorset Council, County Hall, Colliton Park, Dorchester.

The County of Dorset (Long Bridge Way and St Georges Road, Dorchester) (Weight Restriction) Order 201'
Dorset Council in exercise of powers under Sections 1,2 and 3 ofthe Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 ("the Act")
and of all other enabling powers and after consultation with the Chief Officer of Police in accordance with
Paragraph 20 of Schedule 9 ofthe Act, hereby propose to make the following Order.
The effect ofthe Order will beto prohibit any vehicle, in excess of 7.5 tonnes maximum gross weight, from
proceeding on Long Bridge Way and part of St Georges Road, Dorchester.
An alternative route is provided by way of Lubbecke Way.
