NOTICE UNDER SECTION 123(2A) OF THE INTENDED DISPOSAL OF OPEN SPACE LAND
NOTICE IS GIVEN under Section 123(2A) of the Local Government Act 1972 that Purbeck District Council as the owner of land consisting of open spaces at:


- West Street, Bere Regis, Dorset;

- south of Ash Close, Swanage, Dorset;

- north of Higher Days Road, Swanage, Dorset;

- Cherry Hill Grove, Upton, Dorset;

- Dacombe Drive Upton, Dorset;

- Doussie Close and Hickory Close, Upton, Dorset;

- Factory Road, Upton, Dorset; and

- adjoining 1-3 Begbie Cottages, Worth Matravers, Dorset

intends to dispose of the open spaces to the relevant Parish or Town Council who intend to maintain the land as public open space. Plans showing the land intended to be transferred may be inspected at Purbeck District Council, Westport House, Worgret Road, Wareham BH20 4PP on Monday to Thursday between the hours of 8.45am and 5.15pm and Friday between the hours of 8.45am and 4.45pm.
Any person who objects to the proposed disposal of the Land should notify the Solicitor to the Council and Monitoring Officer, Purbeck District Council at the address above of their objection before 1 March 2019. DATED: 15 February 2019 David Fairbairn,
