SOMERSET COUNTY COUNCIL DISTRICT OF TAUNTON DEANE PARISH OF LYDEARD ST LAWRENCE Temporary Closure of Lydeard Down Hill TAKE NOTICE that in pursuance of Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulations Act 1984, as amended by the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991, the County Council of Somerset propose to make an Order PROHIBITING ALL TRAFFIC from proceeding along Lydeard Down Hill from 178 meters south of the junction with Westowe Hill, southwards for a distance of 25 metres. This order will enable Wessex Water to install a meter in this road.

The Order becomes effective on 28 February 2019

and will remain in force for eighteen months. The

works are expected to last for 3 days.
