Brean Leisure Park is applying for the variation of a Premises Licence for Brean Leisure Park, Coast Road, Berrow, Burnham On Sea, Somerset, TA8 2QY. We are also changing the room names of Dickies to the Bucket & Spade & Legends Bar, to Coast Lounge Bar.

The change is to add our new venue Brean Country Club to our existing premises licence to the cover the sale of alcohol and licensable activities within two function suites and lounge.

Any person wishing to make representations in relation to this application may do so by writing to the Licensing Unit, Sedgemoor District Council, Bridgwater House, King Square, Bridgwater, TA6 3AR. Representation may be made for 28 consecutive days from the date of this notice.

A Copy of the application for the grant of the above licence is kept by The Licensing Unit, Sedgemoor District Council, Bridgwater House, King Square, Bridgwater, TA6 3AR. The application can be view Monday to Thursday 9am to 5pm and 9am to 4.30pm on Fridays, except bank holidays.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for making a false statement is a Level 5 fine on the standard scale. Dated 7th October 2018.
