SOMERSET COUNTY COUNCIL NOTICE OF INTENTION TO RELOCATE ROUND TOP ROAD HUMP RHODE LANE. BRIDGWATER

NOTICE is hereby given that Somerset County Council in exercise of the powers under sections 90(A) and 90(C) of the Highway Act 1980 as amended and the Highways (Road Humps) Regulations 1999, as amended, intend to relocate the round top road hump 7.5 metres west of its current location on Rhode Lane, Bridgwater. The round top road hump will not exceed 75 millimetres in maximum height. A copy of the public notice and the plans showing the location of round top road hump may be inspected at Somerset County Council, A Block Reception, County Hall, Taunton and online at www.somerset.gov.uk/roads-parking-and-transport/road-works/tro

Any person requiring further information regarding the above scheme should make such request in writing, quoting reference number KT18072018 to Somerset County Council, Traffic Management, B2N, County Hall, Taunton TA1 4DY.

SCHEDULE 1 Relocation of Round Top Road Hump Rhode Lane. Bridgwater Rhode Lane, Bridgwater - from a point 78 metres west of its junction with King George Avenue in a westerly direction 7.5 metres from its current location.
