SOMERSET COUNTY COUNCIL (A38 EAST REACH. TAUNTON) (TEMPORARY 10 MPH SPEED LIMIT) ORDER 2018
TAKE NOTICE that in pursuance of Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulations Act 1984, as amended, Somerset County Council propose to make an Order to introduce a temporary 10 mph speed limit along the A38 East Reach, Taunton for a total distance of 588 metres. This Order is required to facilitate highway works and is necessary for the safety of the workforce whilst carrying out their duties. The restriction shall apply when indicated by traffic signs. This Order shall come into operation on 7* June 2018 and will remain in force for eighteen months. The works are expected to start on the evening of Monday 18* June 2018 and end on the 29* June 2018 (excluding weekends) between the hours of 1830 and 2330.
