Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council intends to make Orders to close temporarily to all traffic: (a) Market Place (Part), Colerne; from its junction with Quarry Lane for a distance of approximately 50m in a south-westerly direction to enable BT Openreach to connect the local community to superfast broadband. Alternative route via Vicarage Lane - Market Place (unaffected length) and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 18 December 2017 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required until 22 December 2017. is anticipated that the works will take the stated durations to complete depending upon weather conditions. Access will be maintained for residents and businesses where possible, although delays are possible due to the nature of some of the works. The Orders will have a maximum duration of 18 months.

Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council has made an Order to close temporarily to all traffic: Byway 109 (Part), Purton; from a point approximately 200m north of its junction with Byway 49 (Vasterne Hill) for a distance of approximately 60m in a northerly direction to enable Thames Water to carry out repair work to the water main. Alternative route via Byway 109 (unaffected length) - Byway 43 (Locks Lane) - Locks Lane - Witts Lane - Byway 49 (Vasterne Hill) - Byway 109 (Hoggs Lane) (unaffected length) and vice versa. The closure and diversion route will be clearly indicated by traffic signs. This Order will come into operation on 27 November 2017 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required until 1 December 2017. It is anticipated that the works will take the stated duration to complete depending upon weather conditions.
