DHNA Notice of Abandonment -ROSE OF SHARON -Located in Dartmouth, Devon

The vessel (Rose of Sharon, a 19m wooden MFV) currently berthed on a mud mooring north of Premier Marina (Noss), Kingswear, Nr Dartmouth, Devon is in a poor state of repair and DHNA has made numerous attempts to contact the owner, without success. As a consequence, the vessel is now classified as an abandoned vessel in contravention of Dart Harbour and Navigation Byelaws 1998.

Unless this vessel is claimed before 24 November 2017, then arrangements will be made to dispose of the vessel. If you are, or know of the owner, please contact DHNA otherwise the vessel is likely to be destroyed.
