NOTICE OF MAKING OF ORDER PUBLIC PATH DIVERSION AND DEFINITIVE MAP AND STATEMENT MODIFICATION ORDER HIGHWAYS ACT 1980,WILDLIFE AND COUNTRYSIDE ACT 1981
The Oxfordshire County Council, Sonning Common Footpath No. 11 (part) Public Path Diversion and Definitive Map and Statement Modification Order 2017
The Order, made on 10th July 2017, if confirmed as made will modify the Definitive Map and Statement for the area by diverting 264m of Sonning Common Fp 11 that runs from OS Grid Reference SU 7172 8024 at Blackmore Farm, north-westwards along the edge of a paddock, then north-eastwards, north-westwards and then north-north-eastwards across an arable field to Blounts Court Road at SU 7175 8045 to a line running for 415m from SU 7172 8024 north-eastwards and then north-westwards to SU 7167 8029, and which continues north-north-eastwards directly across an arable field to SU 71768 80429 then north-westwards, west-northwestwards and northwards to SU 7162 8051 at Blounts Court Road directly opposite Rotherfield Peppard Br 11.The diversion will include a 2m line running from SU 71768 80429 to SU 71769 80431 at Blounts Court Road directly opposite Sonning Common Fp 10 as shown on the Order map.

Copies ofthe Order,the Order map and an explanatory statement may be purchased from Oxfordshire County Council, Definitive Map & Commons, Speedwell House, Speedwell Street, Oxford OX1 1NE,at the price of £3.50 per Order Any representations about or objections to the Order may be sent in writing to the Senior Rights of Way Officer, Oxfordshire County Council, Definitive Map and Commons, Speedwell House, Speedwell Street, Oxford OXI INE not later than 25th August 2017. Please state the grounds on which they are made. If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, the Oxfordshire County Council may confirm the Order as an unopposed Order. If the Order is sent to the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs for confirmation any representations or objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the Order.
The County Council will consider all correspondence, objections and representations received in response to this consultation. They may be disseminated widely for these purposes and made available to the public.
