Town and Country Planning (General Development Procedure) (England) Order 2015 Town and Country Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas (Amendment) (England) Regulations 2010
The following planning applications are those affecting the setting of a Listed Building, a Conservation Area, a Public Right of Way, or major applications and are available to view on our website. Views relating to the planning applications listed below should be made by 29/06/2017 quoting the reference number. Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984

Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council intends to make an Order to close temporarily to all traffic:
(a) St. Aldhelm Road (Part), Malmesbury; from its junction with Pool Gastons Road to its junction with Athelstan Road to enable D & K Groundworks to carry out bridge repairs. Alternative route St. Aldhelm Road (unaffected length) - Pool Gastons Road - Avon Road - Alexander Road - Jubilee Gardens - St. Aldhelm Road (unaffected length) and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 3 July 2017 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required 24 hours per I day until 7 July 2017. For further information please contact D&K Groundworks on 07973 670 548. Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council has made Orders to close temporarily to all traffic:
(b) A346 Herd Street (Part), Marlborough; from its junction with St David's Way for a distance of approximately 70m in a southerly direction to | enable Cappagh to carry out sewer repairs on behalf of Thames Water. Alternative route via A346 (unaffected length) -A4 - C18 Kingsbury Street - C18 The Common and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on Sunday 11 June 2017 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required for one day. (c) Dark Lane, Malmesbury; from its junction with C68 Foxley Road to its junction with B4040 Bristol Street to enable BT Openreach to carry out cabling works for new customer connection. Alternative route via B4040 - Dark Lane (unaffected length) and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 14 June 2017 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required for one day between the hours of 09.30 and 15.30. (d) C265 (Part), Clench Common, Savernake; from its junction with A345 for approximately 400m in a southerly direction to enable BT Openreach to lay BT ducts. Alternative route via C265 (unaffected length) - C199 - Milkhouse Water - C269 - A345 and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 12 June 2017 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required until 23 June 2017. (e) Grierson Close, Calne; from its junction with The Pippen for its entire length to enable Wiltshire Council to carry out resurfacing, road markings, ironwork adjustment and associated works. No alternative route is available; access will be maintained for residents and businesses. This Order will come into operation on 12 June 2017 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required for two days between the hours of 09.30 and 15.30. (f) A429 (Part), MalmesburyWithout; from its roundabout with B4042 to its junction with C1 Kingway Bridge Road, Hullavington to enable Wiltshire Council to carry out carriageway resurfacing, road markings, ironwork adjustment and associated works. Alternative route via A429 (unaffected length) - A433 - A46 - A420 - A350 - A429 (unaffected length) and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 13 June 2017 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required nightly between the hours of 19.00 and 06.00 weekdays only until 23 June 2017. Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council has made Orders to close temporarily to all traffic:
(g) C126 Collins Lane (Part), Purton; for a distance of approximately 100m covering the area of the railway level crossing to enable Network Rail to carry out essential maintenance work. Alternative route via C126 Collins Lane (unaffected length) - B4553 Pry Farm Road/Packhorse C414 Cricklade Road/Widham/Station Road - C126 Collins Lane (unaffected length) and vice versa. This Order which previously came into operation on 7 February 2017 will now recommence on 12 June 2017 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required until 13 June 2017. (h) C101 The Crossing (Part), Minety; for a distance of approximately 100m covering the area of the railway level crossing to enable Network Rail to carry out essential maintenance work. Alternative route via C101 The Crossing (unaffected length) - C99 Minety Lower Moor/Sawyers Hill - C76 Hornbury Hill - C90 Upper Minety - C101 The Crossing (unaffected length) and vice versa. This Order which previously came into operation on 6 February 2017 will now recommence on 13 June 2017 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required until 14 June 2017. For further information please contact Centurion Site Services on behalf of Network Rail on 01132 775360. Orders (g) and (h) have a maximum duration of 18 months. The closures and diversion routes will be clearly indicated by traffic signs. Access will be maintained for residents and businesses, although delays are likely due to the nature of the works.
Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 Temporary Closure of: Various Footpaths, Grittleton and Hullavington

Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council has made an Order to close temporarily to all traffic:
(a) Footpath 20 (Part), Grittleton; at a point approximately 400m southeast of its junction with The Street, Grittleton (alternative route via Grittleton village);
(b) Footpath 11 (Part), Hullavington; at a point approximately 15m southwest of its junction with The Street, Hullavington (alternative route via Footpath 11A, Hullavington);
(c) Footpath 12 (Part), Hullavington; at its junction with The Parklands (alternative route via The Parklands and The Street);
(d) Footpath I

(a) Footpath 20 (Part), Grittleton;

(b) Footpath 11 (Part), Hullavington;
(c) Footpath 12 (Part), Hullavington;
(d) Footpath 13 (Part), Hullavington; at a point approximately 210m northwest of its junction with The Street (alternative route | via The Street);
(e) Footpath 14, Hullavington; from its junction with Hill Hayes Lane to its junction with Footpath 12, Hullavington (alternative route via The Street);
(f) Footpath 15 (Part), Hullavington; at a point approximately 100m north of Hill Hayes Lane to its junction with Footpath 16 (Part), Hullavington (alternative route via The Street);
(g) Footpath 16 (Part), Hullavington; at its junction with Footpath 1, Hullavington (alternative route via The Street). To enable: construction of 160mm diameter, 5.1km long pumping main from Grittleton Sewerage Treatment Works to Hullavington Sewerage Treatment Works. Works will be undertaken from Sewage Disposal Works, Grittleton, SN14 6AP and into Hullavington village; a total distance of approximately 4.7km. The closures will be clearly indicated by traffic signs. This Order will come into operation on 15 June 2017. The Order will have a maximum duration of six months. (e) Footpath 14, Hullavington;
Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 Traffic Management Act 2004 The County of Wiltshire (Parishes of East Wiltshire) (Prohibition and Restriction of Waiting, Taxi Rank | Clearways and On Street Parking) Consolidation Order 2016 (Amendment No. 2) Order 2017
(previously advertised as Amendment No. 3) Notice is hereby given that on 23 May 2017 Wiltshire Council made the above mentioned Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 ("the Act of 1984") and the Traffic Management Act 2004 to amend the following restrictions in Roundway in the Parishes of East Wiltshire Consolidation Order 2016 by the insertion of new Map Schedule Nos. EI58 and EI59 the effect of which will be to introduce No Waiting at any time on Brickley Lane - both sides - from a point 32 metres south west of its roundabout junction with Windsor Drive to a point 9530etres north east of that roundabout junction; Windsor Drive - north side - i) from a point 74 metres north west of its roundabout junction with Brickley Lane to a point 54 metres south east of that roundabout junction ii) from a point 73 metres south east of its roundabout junction with Brickley Lane to a point 90 metres south east of that junction; Windsor Drive - south side - from a point 74 metres north west ofits roundabout junction with Brickley Lane to a point 90 metres south east ofthat roundabout junction. As part of this project a Bus Stop Clearway will also be introduced on Windsor Drive - north side - from a point 54 metres south east of its roundabout junction with Brickley Lane to a point 73 metres south east of that junction. Following a decision from the Cabinet Member for Highways and Transport amendments have been made to the restrictions previously advertised on Brickley Lane. A copy of the Order and plans may be inspected at the offices of Wiltshire Council, County Hall, Bythesea Road, Trowbridge during normal office hours. Any person aggrieved by the Order and desiring to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained in the Order on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the relevant Section of the Act of 1984 or on the grounds that any requirement of  that Section or of Part III of Schedule 9 of the Act of 1984 or any regulation made under the said Schedule, has not been complied with in relation to the Order may, within six weeks of the date on Wiltshire Council which the Order was made, make application for the purpose to the High Court. The Order came into operation on 5 June 2017. - - Where everybody matters
